Created for a little girl’s christening, this cake is based on a previous christening cake design of mine that was 3 tiers and featured the Owl & the Pussycat. My blossom bootees adorn the top of this cake.
Top tier white chocolate and raspberry mud filled with a luxurious white chocolate ganache and the bottom tier is an apple and cinnamon cake with a decadent caramel ganache filling.
The cake as featured on the dessert table styled by the talented Melbourne event stylists, “Avie & Lulu”.
