Smile! Entirely edible camera sculpted from chocolate cake.

This camera was sculpted from chocolate mud cake and is entirely edible. The strap is an edible image  and all details are edible too.
Almost 20 hours went into this cake which was made to scale. A surprise for Jamie who loves his camera!
He didn’t want to cut it!

This cake was my submission for the Australian Cake Decorator of the Year 2014 Awards – and it won!

First in Advanced category – I am immensely proud of it and humbled by the award. Australia has so many ah-mazing cake artists and to win was unexpected and completely overwhelming! I am so fortunate to do what I love and to have such talented, generous friends and colleagues around me!
