It was my wedding anniversary this weekend – and I spent it with Handi and Fran at The Cake School!
I have so been looking forward to doing this course… a 3D standing cake, entirely edible – all but the tail. Awesome.

When an opportunity comes up to learn from one of the best cake artists in the world – you grab it. You just go. Thats it. No questions. Margie Carter is, simply, amazing. Uber talented, patient, generous with her knowledge - sugar artist, sculptor, painter and a lovely, lovely person to boot.
