Made for a family member to mark the Christening oif their little boy, this cake stood almost 16″ high. This towering cake was  accented with a little boat which was modeled on the favours given to guests.

Waves of blue fondant lap around both tiers, little sail boats with rice paper sails encircle the bottom tier. Sugar sand features on the board.
