Allow me to introduce you to my Chameleon… completed during a 2 day course at Melbourne’s “The Cake School”.
When an opportunity comes up to learn from one of the best cake artists in the world – you grab it. You just go. Thats it. No questions. Margie Carter is, simply, amazing. Uber talented, patient, generous with her knowledge  –  sugar artist, sculptor, painter and a  lovely, lovely person to boot.

Apart from the legs which are sculpted from styrofoam, he is entirely sculpted from chocolate mud cake. He was so much fun to make, my first time with an airbrush – I loved it.
