A cake created for my daughter’s 7th birthday disco party.
Carved from white chocolate and raspberry mud cake – her favourite – it sparkled  and gleamed!
She loves things that sparkle!

1400 tiny square fondant tiles cover the surface of this sphere, which was then airbrushed silver and sprinkled with edible glitter to add sparkle and light.
