An adaptation of a previous Sweet Tiers design, towering tiers of vanilla butter cake filled with white chocolate ganache coupled with white chocolate and raspberry cake.  Stencilled damask pattern encircles the bottom tier and the Sweet Tiers signature blossom booties  – hundreds of delicate hand cut blossoms, dusted in hues of pink – feature on the top of this pretty cake.

I’ve made these booties many, many times for clients.. they don’t seem to lose their appeal!  Very popular for christenings, I first made these delicate shoes for my own daughter’s christening cake 8 years ago!  I still have them!
