I’m not usually contacted for figurines… I had a call from a lovely bride to be who wanted me to make a bunny and a bear to adorn the top of her wedding cake. Sure, no problem!

For some reason I’m always a little nervous working on figurines. Maybe its because I don’t do it often enough, maybe its because I think I need a lot more practise in this area… but its most likely because – especially on the top of someone else’s cake – the are the focal point and not MY strongest point!!

This client and her husband to be call each other Honey Bunny and Honey Bear. How adorable!
So, it was only fitting that that was what sat atop of their wedding cake.
