A towering confection made for a lucky little boy’s spectacular first birthday celebration.

The original design is by www.its-a-piece-of-cake.com. This design has a different colour scheme and the elephant balancing on top is also a deviation from the original design. The elephant is carved from styrofoam, covered in fondant and airbrushed to give it depth and dimension. I loved how he turned out!
Edible images were used for the portraits surrounding the bottom tier.

Red, baby blue and mint green worked beautifully together to suit the vintage circus theme..
